Refunds & Returns Policy
At HEIRS & CHRIST, each piece is produced and prepared with care to maintain the quality and integrity of our garments.
Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, we may offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags
- The requested size must be currently in stock
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at HeirsAndChrist@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, HEIRS & CHRIST is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely fulfillment. Because of this, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.
