At HEIRS & CHRIST, every order is carefully prepared to ensure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that these are estimated transit times and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

HEIRS & CHRIST is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, HEIRS & CHRIST is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your building management
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
